Critical Path/TNA

The critical path/TNA (Time & action) is a regular review systems to track progress of the project(s). In apparel industry the critical path/TNA (Time & action) is actually a production plan that contains a list of all activities required to be done in a time frame to ship the goods successfully within the estimated time of delivery (ETD). A smart merchandiser maintains critical path to identify the critical tasks, which if not attended to could impact delivery schedules for his styles.

Please find below sample critical path/TNA sheets for reference.
